This is black propaganda. Dindo Garciano is a Lawyer, and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Rizal Chapter. Check with the Office of the Bar Confidant of the Supreme Court. Elections are over. This site should be deleted. Dindo Garciano is registered under Roll of Attorney's No.58830
